Kedar if you have uploaded the proper certificates online then you don't need to worry about it. The message you have got is a system generated mail which is sent to everyone who has appeared in JEE Advance exam irrespective of whether you have uploaded your certificates or not in order to remind the students.
So, don't worry this is only an appropriate measure taken by the authority for provisional allotment of the seats according to different category students.
