Senthil, please check under "Medium of the Question Paper." There you should be able to make changes to the language you want the NEET exam paper to be in. Please check if you are able to make changes because ideally you should be able to make changes. Even if you cannot make changes to the field, if you have selected any Regional language,  you will also get the question paper in English and the regional language you have selected. So you can answer the questions from the English version. You cannot make changes or edit language of question paper and examination centres once already choosen. You can make changes in rest of the fields in the online application form until April 14, 2020.
