How would sports quota implemented only on sports basis or both on sports and eamcet rank basis

hi rohit ,
the sports seats will be given taking your eamcet rank and the cerrtificates you have achieved in the sport into consideration . along with your eamcet score , points will be added to your eamcet score depending on the number of valid certificates you have and the level or compition certificates also matter .
