Hows guru teg bahadur college (ipu) , New Delhi in computer science branch??hows its placements???

dear aspirant,as per the reviews given on the web,regarding Teg badahur college,it is one of the best colleges for CSE branch in IPU.The college is a great place to hang around apart from classes one can have great fun in the sports complex or in the co-curricular area. The sports complex has a common cricket and football ground, a couple of badminton court, a basketball court, a lawn tennis court and an indoor games room for TT, Carrom, and Chess. The co-curricular area comprises of dance room and other activity room for painting, singing, and other activity practices. Excellent education and experienced faculties.

But as I read on Google that it is a 3 tier college , so should I opt this....If I get thapar , patiala electronic and computer branch and in guru teg bahadur cse which should I choose then?
