mysore medical college and kims hubli both are known for its academics but if you compare in terms of infrastructure and faculty quality, mysore medical college is better.
its has 1.5T mri and a 64 slice ct scanner. it is a great choice for md radiology. this is subject to the past and upcoming years' variation
