Both books are good and preferred by the students. but firstly I would suggest you to go through well with NCERT books as it will help you to clear your concepts then the other books you can prefer given below:

Physics

Concepts of Physics by HC Verma
Objective Physics by DC Pandey

Chemistry

Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon
ABC of Chemistry for Classes 11 and 12 by Modern
Concise Inorganic Chemistry by JD Lee

Biology

Objective Biology by Dinesh
