Percentile is a relative term, which depends on the Level of difficulty of the exam under consideration & how others performed in it. Lets assume you have scored 99.5 percentile in an exam, then you have positioned yourseld among top 0.5 percentage of the total test-takers. There is no exact method/procedure about the percentile calculation in MH CET exam so one can only predict or assume about it.
