See till now IIT Madras which is the conducting authority for Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE), has not released any notification for Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination and unless any notifications get released by we cannot help you with exact dates. Till the official notification gets out you should stick to your preparation.

As of the latest news on board exams and other competitive exams our Hon'ble education minister Mr. Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank was live on December 10th on his different social media accounts as a part of the campaign which seeks opinions from different students, teachers and parents regarding the conduction of upcoming examinations such as boards, JEE NEET and so on.

So many doubts have been asked using #EducationMinisterGoesLive on twitter as well as Facebook and other social media sites. As the live session has been conducted and he told that some decision might be taken regarding the dates for upcoming examinations within few dates. So till then we have to wait for it.

IIT Madras will provide the online facility for HSEE 2021 registration to candidates from the second week of December 2020 at hsee.iitm.ac.in. So it might begin soon keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The five-year integrated MA programme offers MA Development Studies and MA English programme through HSEE. The dates have not yet been released. The HSEE exam takes place in around 16 states and/or cities of India.
