hy i got 10,000 rank in ap eamcet bipc iam bcb category can i get free agbs seat , please clear my doubt

As per your performance in AP EAMCET 2020 and the previous year cutoff, the cutoff in the agricultural category program for BC-B category candidates ranged from 8577 to 14785.
