You shoukd go for masters in Mechtronics from UsA or Canada based University where excellent acope and demand is expected. In India very few companies recruut Mechtronics students as more of Mechanical engineering students are in demand.
You can also go for Mtech In Mechtronics in India but some Universities will need you to have Atleast Msc degree for it.
