you can get addmission in different any central university by giving the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) which is  conducted once in a year.CUTET is conducted  for admission to various Integrated/Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research Programmes offered by Central Universities of Haryana, Jharkhand, Jammu, Karnataka, Kashmir, Kerala, Punjab, Rajasthan  ect.

counselling -

There is no centralized counselling for CUCET 2020. Each participating University conducts its own counselling based on the rank/merit list prepared by them. Candidates have to check the notification for counselling separately for each participating university. Also, there are separate fees for counselling which candidates need to check separately for each participating institutes. While participating in the counselling, candidates have to carry the following documents along with them for verification.
