There are approximately 1489 MBBS seats in AP and they are filled on the basis of merit in NEET following Constitutional reservations. Your All India Rank is 156109 and order in the State Merit list is 7035.In 2019, under AU Region, the last rank for a seat in AP MBBS for OC-EWS was  38358. And for SVU region it was 45017. So with an All India Rank of 156109, a seat in MBBS either in Government Medical College or a Government Quota seat in Private Medical College is difficult.
