I already bought predictor and also I have taken councelling from career 360,then for predictor why it is asking to pay
There could be a few reasons why Predictor is asking you to pay despite having purchased it and received counseling from Career360:
- Multiple Accounts or Profiles: If you've created multiple accounts or profiles on Predictor or Career360, it might be confusing the system and thinking you haven't purchased the product.
- Technical Glitch: Sometimes, technical issues can occur, leading to incorrect information being displayed.
- Product Limitations: Depending on the specific Predictor package you purchased, there might be certain features or services that require additional payment.
- Promotional Offers or Discounts: If you received a promotional offer or discount, the payment might be required to activate the full version of the product.
To resolve this issue, I recommend the following steps:
- Contact Career360 Customer Support: Reach out to their customer support team and explain the situation. They should be able to verify your purchase and resolve the issue.
- Check Your Account Details: Log in to your Predictor and Career360 accounts and verify your purchase history and account information.
- Review Product Terms and Conditions: Make sure you understand the terms and conditions of the Predictor package you purchased, including any additional fees or limitations.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the payment issue and access the full features of Predictor.
I hope it helps !!
