i already submitted my gate 2020 Application. but i made mistake on my b.tech department. my actual department is Electronics and communication engineering. but i typed electronics communication and instrumentation. is their any chance of change that information

Dear Pavan, there are few Categories in which you can make changes to your application but Department in your B.Tech is not one of them. You can make changes to Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, PWD, Dyslexia and Learning Disabilites, Parents Details and Correspondence address, College name, Roll number, Exam Paper and Exam city. in candidates application forms will be started from 4
th
week of October 2019. The window will allow you to change your details of qualification also.
However, they'll not allow you to change the stream of your graduation. I suggest you should contact to the authorities and bring the matter under their concern.
