I am 100 % PWD in hearing impaired... So the NEET (UG) application form is not accepting three digits no. and also in my disability certificate there is 100% so what can i do ?

In NEET UG exam candidate for belongs to persons with disability maximum 40% of disability persons can apply for Neet ug exam for taking admission in MBBS course. So as you have 100% disability of hearing impairedness then how it is possible to appear for Neet is exam and even year Vikram successful examination how do you attend the counselling session. But don't be decided try for another examination of UPSC or state PSC in which you can get a charge with 100% disability and can perform the duties as your ordered by the authority.
