Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level
or,
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
So No, you aren't eligible for the position as you didn't have Statistics in your graduation and secondly you didn't have 60% in 10+2 Mathematics.

JSO stands for Junior Statistical Officer. To be eligible for the SSC JSO, one needs to meet the eligibility criteria as follows:-
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level (or)
Therefore, as you can see one needs to atleast have a graduation degree in order to sit for the SSC examination.
