As you are now completed class 12 then you 're suggested to finish your Graduation in Science and make sure that you should obtain min 60% marks in Graduation as it's the basic eligibility criteria .And from now on .. you can start your preparation of learning programming. As you're an aspirant to get job in an IT field, so .. a knowledge of programming and data structure is required .

To begin your career in TCS your must have passed Bachelor's Degree. Your age must be minimum 18 years. TCS offers various Entry level jobs in IT sector and Business Process Services. To secure a job in TCS you must hold a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduation in the relevant field as mentioned in the Job Description of the post. You cannot get job in TCS after completion of 10+2. You need to pass Bachelor's Degree and apply for recruitment. The selection process is conducted in multiple stages such as written exam, HR Interview and Technical Interview. Tata consultancy services is the largest provider for IT solutions and softwares in India. Actually it has many clients for which it built application softwares, programs and many other things. So in order to to be a part of the organisation you need to have knowledge about programming and web development. As you have mentioned that you are from Biology stream therefore you cannot do BTech but you do bachelors in computer applications and later you can do masters in the same. Also there are some management roles which look after  human resources so to get into it you need to do bachelors in Business administration.
