In order to become an astronomer you may take the following steps:
In India, the Astronomy course isn't offer as an UG degree but for that you need to go for the Post graduate degree (Masters) or Doctorate. The pathway for you is to score good in your 10th examination and then pursue science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects in your 12th. After your 12th you take admission in BSc Physics course and after completion of the course you can go for the IIT Indore which offers the course MSc Astronomy. Apart from this, there are also other colleges such as IUCAA, TIFR where you can do your PhD in Astronomy after your Bachelors.
Now when you will be at your Bachelors, there are good probability that there will be more colleges who will offer the course on Astronomy. So don't worry much from now focus on your studies and to explore your interest you can search on youtube-
