What is your overall percentage as printed in your marksheet?
Don't get confused over it. Calculate your percentage as per the rule your board calculates, with both written and practical.
And then see if you qualify the minimum percentage.

My counting practical so 57 %
Without counting practical mark 47
Provided that to be eligible for NEET (UG) - 2019, candidate must have passed any of the qualifying examinations as enumerated above or appearing in the qualifying examination in 2019. Provided also that to be eligible for NEET (UG) - 2019, the candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology at the qualifying examination as mentioned in clause (2) of Regulation 4 on Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 1997 as amended in 2018 and in addition must have come in the merit list of NEET (UG) - 2019 for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses.
