I am 12th sc. PCB student. Can I get admission in bsc physics, in any college of valsad..?

You can try for B.K.M. Science College, Valsad. It is one of the good recognised college of Valsad. As of B.Sc Physics, yes. You can opt for B.Sc graduate studies in Physics after doing PCB in high school. After all, interest matters.
