Hello Prasenjit, See for graduation in Tripura university candidate need to score minimum 50% in 10+2.
As per my knowledge university doesn't provide dual course... For further query be free to contact. All the best

Interested candidate having 50% in H.S are eligible to apply as the online application window is open till 15th April. For reference, you can go through the below link -
