I am 15 yrs old ryt now and was born in jan 2004 , and due to pandemic i am not able to connect with any of institute due to pandemic, and my one year is getting waste. Will i be eligible for neet after 2 yrs i.e. in 2023?

There's no upper is limit for Neet examination, so even if you have born in 2004 and will be 19 years old in 2023 you are still eligible for Neet 2023 as to be eligible for neet 2023 one needs to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2023 .
Also,
to be eligible for neet you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
