I am 1st year b.com student what I need to do for CPT how can I entered into CPT exam

all you have to do is just do your registeration from any of the institute you want to take coaching from. they will do your registeration and guide your for the cpt. and there you go. your registeration is done, you are now eligible to give cpt exam. all the best . have a great future ahead.

U need to register and issue a draft in favour of ' ICAI'

with amount of 5k for Dec Exam.

CPT is Foundation Course For CA.

U need to join Coaching Classe as Well.

As u r pursuing BCOM, U can easily Attempt the CPT.

After Completing,  U need To Take  a IPCC (integrated Proficiency Competent Course) former (PCC) in duration of 9 - 15 Months.

After IPCC, U need to practice under CA(Articleship) For 3 - 3.5 yrs for CA Final.

Its not that easy, unless u r schedule and planning to become CA.

U need to complete or attempted ur 10+2 or HSC for attempting CPT.



Fees :-

CPT :- Rs 4k - 5k ( Excluding Exam Form)

IPCC :- Rs 10k (Excluding Exam Form)

Orientation & 100 hrs IT Training (Mandatory)

Final :- Rs 15k - 20k (Excluding Exam Form)

Articleship :- Stipend (Around 1k)  (in Mumbai)

Hi Arvind,

The CA-CPT exam is conducted 2 times a year, in June and December. To appear for the exam you have to register for the same on the ICAI website. When registering for the first time you will be charged one time Rs 6000/- and you will be provided all the materials including books. After that for each attempt, you will be charged Rs 500/-.
