Hello Kuldip,

Yes,if you fail in 2 subjects you can surely give the supplementary exams in the July.But you have to remember that you shouldn't have any backlogs before you give any competitive examinations.Otherwise you will not be allowed to appear for the exams which you want to give.Thank You.
