see I would suggest you not to join engineering any more, you have studied for 4 years and you have arrears to clear. just complete the course and get the pass certificate. after that try to learn new skills like web development or ms excel or data science or communication skills to secure a job in corporate sectors. to tell the truth your score does not matter, there is many start ups which pays well and only focus on candidates skills. no just lets forget all the negativity in your self and make a new start first clearing your backlogs.
