There is age criteria for JLEE.All you need is to have passed a recognized Diploma (Minimum 3 years duration) from any Polytechnic Institution affiliated to State Council of Technical Education (SCTE), Assam with a minimum of  45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in aggregate in diploma examination.

Just one important thing you need to keep in mind is that only permanent residents of Assam will eligible for JLEE 2020.

jeee stands for assam joint lateral entry test.

eligibility criteria is,

1. must be a domicile of assam,

2. should have passed 3 years diploma course from polytechnic institute, 45% marks in diploma course (general category), for sc/st it is 40%.

3. final year students of diploma is also eligible to apply.

as there is no mention of age you may apply for it if you meet other all criteria. forms is generally release on the month of may.
