You must be between the ages of 16.5 and 19.5 years on the first day of the month in which the course is commencing.
Since your birthdate is 22/11/2006, you fall within the eligible age range for NDA 2026.
Although slight changes may occur annually, one must refer back to the original notification issued by UPSC for eligibility.

To take the NDA 1 exam, candidates, both male and female, must have been born between July 2, 2006, and July 1, 2009. To take the NDA 2 exam, candidates, both male and female, must have been born between January 2, 2006, and January 1, 2009. You are therefore qualified to take both tests.
