There is no upper age limit for the NEET 2022 examination. So from the age perspective, there are no reason to be ineligible. The thing you should keep in mind is that you must satisfy the qualification eligibility as stated below:
The candidate must have Physics Chemistry & Biology in 10+2 and have qualified with the minimum marks for different categories-

UR - 50%,

OBC/SC/ST - 40%,

PWD - 45%

Yes definitely you are eligible for NEET UG 2022 although you are 22+, this is because few days back Hon'ble SC of India had passed the verdict on petition challenging the upper age limit for NEET UG of 25 years, and in that verdict SC has removed the upper age limit so now there is no upper age limit for NEET UG. Hence you are eligible for NEET UG 2022 with respect to your age.
Some other eligibility conditions that are to be satisfied are as follows :-
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** As per the latest verdict of SC now there is no upper age limit so there is no any limit on attempts of NEET UG.
