You have not mentioned your domicile state, I checked your profile and found that you are from Delhi ( please reply me if I am wrong).
Cutoff in Delhi is usually higher
than other places, you must score around
630-640
to have a sureshot chance of getting a MBBS seat in a govt medical college.
