i am 2nd puc failed students after attending this exam private colleges give me admission for degree

Hi Ruqsana,
It would be helpful if you would specify the entrance exam you are referring to. However, I think it is safe for me to say that most entrance exams AND colleges require you to pass your 10+2(or PUC) to be eligible for them. So, I suggest you go back to your books, study hard and take admissions to any college that you like.
