The eligibility criteria for appearing in NEET MDS is as given below:
1. You should be of an Indian Citizen, a person of Indian origin or Overseas citizen of India.
2. You must have a BDS degree from a recognized university.
3. You should be registered by the DCI.
4. Also, you should complete 12 months of compulsory internship after BDS and present its certificate as a proof.
If you fulfill all the criteria then you are eligible for NEET MDS

Yes definitely you can apply for NEET MDS 2022 as there is no upper limit to apply for the exam. The application forms are expected to be released in the month of October in online mode on the official website nbe.edu.in .
