Of course MBA is very good option. Specially MBA graduates from IIm are having very good pay scale and if you are having your work experience then it will help you to get more advantage during admission process and the placement time also.

There are other opportunities also for you likeResearchers in ISRO, or Railways vacancies, or even other PSU's too.

They would provide you good salary package, and you would have to produce the proof of your experience in the respective fields for which you are applying.

And yes I want to tell you that age is always a number so you don't worry I think you will surely get the success you deserve .
