Yes it might get issue because they will ask for a ews certificate. Also you can not change now because editing window closed on 30th september 2020. Now try to reach out to helpdesk via mail id or contact number which will be available on official website and tell them to change to obc by providin necessary documents. They will be able to guide you further.
