Hello,
NEET is one of the highly competitive exam and this is something which I don't need to tell you, you have already appeared for this exam three times, you're well acquainted with this reality, now coming to your question since you have given this exam already I think it's something that you have to analyze on your own, in the three years that you appeared for the exam, did you improve your score or was it the same, are you feeling any kind of pressure to excel in this exam, do you have any inclination towards medical field or it's something that you're doing because of parents or something else, as you said you haven't stopped working hard but then what it is exactly that is acting as a barrier, I wouldn't definitely discourage you from appearing in NEET if this is something you're passionate about and want to make a career, go ahead, but then one concern remains is what if not NEET, have you thought anything about that, since three years have already gone by, , its natural to get disappointed if you're working so ahead and ain't getting the desired results, it's important for you to recognize the gap, is it that you're having difficulty in understanding concepts, is some kind of pressure that you're feeling that's acting as barrier, or it's something else, in order to fare well in this year exam it's important you do a bit of self-analysis, and if you feel medical isn't for you, there are always various avenues to explore, if it's possible then do elaborate in the comment box what have been your observations about yourself, the studies or subjects and the entire NEET experience, I feel this question isn't just about securing higher marks but a deeper analysis is needed.
Assuming you are a General Category Aspirant, you need atleast above 550/720 to secure a seat at some of the Good State or Government Medical Colleges. In case you are anywhere above 450 this time, having strong financial resources, you may opt pursuing MBBS from some of the Good Private Medical Colleges of Karnataka under COMEDK Medical. You may even go for Private and Deemend Universities like KMC Manipal, SRM or KIMS Bhubaneshwar, but they require heavy financial resources.
In case you are not able to make into MBBS this year, dont go for a Drop further, go for Dental/ BHMS/ BAMS if desired. Else go for B.Pharm or maybe B.Sc. followed by M.Sc. and PhD, incase you are possessive of the Dr. TITLE, but please dont drop further and loose your years.
