Hello Krishna,
To pursue a 3-year LLB in India, there is usually no age limit. This means, even if you are 40 years old, you can obtain an LLB degree. However, the candidate must be a graduate in any stream to be eligible for 3-year LLB . The minimum passing marks may vary from one college or exam to another.
The LLB admission process starts with appearing for a law entrance exam. There are many 3-year LLB entrance exams such as SLS AIAT , TS LAWCET , MH CET LAW , NLSAT , KLEE , AP LAWCET . After obtaining a valid score you must participate in the counselling process of these exams to obtain seat allotment.
