I am 400 on the waiting list after the second merit list put up in symbiosis school for liberal arts. what are my chances?

With a waitlist of 400 on the second merit list in Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts. Your chances of getting into the college are somewhat decent. Waitlist means for example - for 120 seats, first 120 waiting are offered a seat first to, if none of them enroll then the next 120 are offered and so on. if no one enrolls then your waitlist would be cleared by fourth merit list. I would say you have a decent chance.
