i am 52 years old and want to pursue a degree in Law
hello sir, this depends on the exam you want to take for pursuing your degree. Also recently ,The Supreme Court has issued an ad interim stay of the Bar Council of India (BCI) age limit , and ordered the BCI that no age limit should apply to law aspirants seeking to study LLB. Most exams do not have age upper limit. you can use the following link to predict college in case you chose to opt for CLAT

HOPE THAT HELPED.
Hi.
It is amazing that you have decided to pursue a career but unfortunately LLB aspirants' upper age limit of 20 years for entry to the five-year LLB program and 30 years for the three year LLB is back as per the Bar Council of India's (BCI) latest circular sent to law schools and now uploaded on its website, as first reported by Bar and Bench.
Which means you will not able to get admission in a college to pursue degree in law.
Good Luck
Hey there
Mentioned below are the eligibility details of pursuing law according to rules of bar Council of India:
- For common law Aptitude test there is no age bar for candidates. Whether you are taking admission in UG law courses or PG law courses.
- The candidate needs to score at least 45% for general category students in the previous qualifying examination.
- There is 5% relaxation for reserved category students.
