Since you're an 11th-grade Arts student , pursuing Food Science will require some extra steps, as most Food Science courses require a Science background (PCB/PCM) . However, you still have options:

1. After 12th (Without Science Background):

• Diploma in Food Technology (Some institutes accept Arts students)
• B.A. in Culinary Arts / Food & Nutrition (Less technical but food-related)
• Certificate Courses in Food Safety, Baking, Nutrition
  
  2. After 12th (With Science Bridge Course):

Some universities allow Arts students to take a bridge course in Science and then apply for:

• B.Sc. in Food Science & Technology
• B.Sc. in Nutrition & Dietetics
  
  3. Alternative Route:

You can first do a general degree (B.A./BBA) and later specialize with a Master’s in Food Science, Nutrition, or Hospitality .

If you're serious about Food Science , consider switching to Science in 12th or doing a science-based diploma after 12th.
