I am a 12th student year 2020.I failed in one subject in class 12,now due to the corona pandemic the government declared everyone as pass.they are also thinking of compartment pass result. will this effect anything for my admission into IIT'S or NIT'S. I scored 98 percentile in jee mains January2020

For admission into IITs, NITs, and CFTIs you must need 75% aggregate and above marks in your 10+2 qualifying examination as per the JEE MAINS eligibility criteria. Refer to the website below for knowing more about the eligibility criteria...

And if you don't pass that eligibility criteria, sorry to say but No you won't be able to apply for IITs and NITs through the JEE Mains marks.
