Seeing and considering to the the situation in which you are stuck, and since  according to the admission policy of the college itself, you have your VITEEE exam score between 101 and 1000. As a result you are eligible for the 25% tution fee waiver scheme for all 4 years. This all is written in the admission policy of the brochure of the college.

Therefore, except for the VIT concerned college authorities, no one can help you. You must get in touch with them as soon as possible. And tell them the whole consequences happened and according to the admission criteria policies, they must apply the 25% tution fee waiver scheme.
