Hello aspirant,

I will suggest you to concentrate on your engineering degree now as you have too much time in choosing the option of post graduation.

Both the choices are good for you.

In M.tech you will be having more chances of becoming a professor as it is the master degree of particular field, you will be allowed be do m.tech from civil branch only as you have done your B.tech from civil.

MBA is also a good option but it deals with marketing and if you some interest in marketing so you may go for it.

Hope this helps you
