you definitely can do paramedical course from tamilnadu if you are a 2017 batch passedout student
But for having admission firstly you will have to take gap certificate which will tell you that what you did in your remaining 1 year in which you took leave.

You will have it from that organisation with which you worked in this gap year , if didn't work then you can connect medical certificate.
