I am a 3rd year btech student. Can I apply for SSC CGL exam ? But Btech is of 4 years. How can i apply for this exam? plz help.....

Hello,
The minimum education requirement for SSC CGL is a bachelor's degree from a recognized board and the essential qualification depends on the post. Candidates who are in their final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible but their results must be announced on before the cut off date. You are not eligible to for SSC CGL 2020 but you can appear for SSC CGL 2021 when you are in 4th year of B.Tech.

What do you men by the cutoff date here ?? Is it the results announced date of ssc or ssc application date??
