i am a a chief engineer in merchant navy and have been maintaining NRI status for several years. my daughter is seeking admission in MBBS under NRI quota , am i eligible to sponsor her as an NRI? if i am, where can i get an embassy certificate being a seafarer?

The required documents for Counselling are:
NOC from Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India
NOC issued by the Ambassador or a competent authority of the Country your daughter belongs to
Passport
Health, Health Insurance and Vaccination certificates
Marks sheet of the qualifying examination
10th marks sheet
Migration Certificate
Transfer Certificate
Community Certificate
Joint declaration by application and parent as per format
4 recent stamp size colour photographs
6 passport size colour photographs
