upon completion of your 12th standard in the stream of Arts, you are eligible to seek admission and pursue the course of Auxiliary Nursing Midwife (ANM) and General Nursing Midwife (GNM) diploma courses. These are some of the courses you may choose to pursue upon your completion of your 12th standard in the Arts stream.

No, you aren't eligible for the BSc.
Bsc nursing is a 4 year undergraduate course that train nurses to act critically and think clear in critical situations while taking care of the patient.
The eligibility for the course is: the candidate must have completed +2 education with Physics,chemistry and Biology.
But there is course called ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery) , anyone who has passed 12th with any stream is eligible for this course. It is diploma course which focuses on the health care od different individuals.
