I am a arts student, I have subjects biology, psychology, chemistry and sociology. I wish to do bsc in psychology, my question is can I do bsc in psychology with the subjects i have in my 11th right now ?

Your subjects in 11th help you build your base and do help in deciding your subjects in future.
as you said you have to pursue psychology, its good that you already have psychology in your 11th, But make sure you select psychology for 10+2 as well.
After 12th you can opt for BSc psychology only if you have psychology in your boards exam
