You can get into a engineering college in Maharashtra through entrance exam only. The entrance exam for engineering admission in Maharashtra is MHT CET. This is a single common entrance exam conducted by Maharashtra state for Engineering and Medical UG programs. Some institutes also give admission through JEE Mains rank.
The eligibility criteria for engineering admission in Maharashtra is that the candidates should be an Indian citizen.
