No, you won't be eligible to get a seat in veterinary science or B.SC agriculture with a rank of 30000 in BC-E category. Better you should try for next year and try to score more than the minimum cutoff range according to your category else you can opt out your career in private colleges offering B.V.SC or B.SC Agriculture. Previous year, the cutoff for B.V.SC and agriculture ranged from 5579 to 10841 and 9201 to 20920 respectively for BC-E category. This is an estimation based on the rank and previous year results. Since you've not managed to get qualified within the minimum qualifying range, hence it is suggested better to try out next time.
