Yes definitely you can apply for UPSC and other government exams depending upon their other eligibility criterion. Graduation is the basic requisite for any of the government exam whether it is conducted by UPSC or any other authority, but there are some other conditions that the candidate needs to satisfy in order to be eligible for examination, like for UPSC some conditions are given below :-
>>>> The candidate should be either an Indian National or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan or people of Indian origin migrated from Zaire, Ethiopia, East African Countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Uganda, Burma, Pakistan, Zambia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam to settle in India or Tibetan refugees came to India, to settle in India before January 1, 1962
>>>> Age limit is 21-32 years for General category and for reservation categories the relaxation is provided below :-
>>>> For IAS your educational qualification should be minimum a graduate with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering from recognised university.
