Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
Post-graduation is required to apply for UGC NET. Also, science students are eligible for CSIR NET not for UGC NET. The difference between these is that CSIR NET is for science students and bachelor degree holders can apply for it but, UGC NETis for arts/commerce students and postgraduate is required for that.
